2. Description of Service

SportsClaw provides OpenClaw-powered sports data, odds, and analytics via chat and Telegram. We aggregate sports database information from various sources for informational purposes only.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid monthly access orders are submitted to a pending batch for manual processing before access is activated. Plans include Bring Your Own API Key access at $40/month and Managed API Key access at $99/month. Refunds are provided within 7 days of purchase if you're not satisfied.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose
Resell or redistribute our data without permission
Attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls
Interfere with the proper operation of the Service

6. Disclaimer

SportsClaw provides information for entertainment and informational purposes only. We do not encourage or endorse gambling. Always gamble responsibly and only where it is legal. Our data is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Limitation of Liability

SportsClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.
